July 24: the day that I left Italy to head home to Toronto, Canada. I don't often travel by myself and I'm not a great flyer. I had to get from a small town in Tuscany to Rome for my flight at 11:20 in the morning. No small feat as each of my connections had maybe 20 mins between so there was no room for error. Frankly I'm amazed that it worked. My journey started at 4:45am (Italy time) in Vernio and finished at 4:30pm (Canada time) in Toronto.
